Even Hønsen Agerup and Jorunn Jojo Jørgensen run Moskusguiden AS, based in Dovre, Norway. They also work within Dovrefjell National Park and Rondane, which are all within close proximity and provide amazing habitat and wildlife. An ideal starting point for nature photographers. Their business have license to guide on musk oxen all year.

Even grew up in the forest on Nesodden with nature as his nearest neighbours. At the age of 12 he got his first Canon camera. Since then the camera has been his faithful companion. At the age of 15 he started renting out photo hides and has won several major photo competitions over the years.

Jorunn, or Jojo as she is called by friends, grew up in Tromsø. The family ran a large woodwork factory so she has been used to working in customer service her whole life. Jorunn is a business economist and has a diploma in management. She has also completed several courses in customer care, service, safety, extended fire and rescue courses and extended first aid courses.

The couple offers private guiding, group guiding and workshops, arranged for photographers and production teams all year round. They also offer Musk ox Safari for small groups and families.

Their main subject is the majestic musk oxen. They also offer guiding on several other species, depending on the season. They tailor programs adapted to the season and the individual photographer’s wishes and needs. They also offer accommodation and full board if desired.

Even and Jojo are passionate about showing the beautiful, nordic and wild nature in this area. For them, nature photography is about so much more than just taking pictures. They want to convey the beauty of nature, harmony and light through the experience of being outdoors. With great respect for nature, they always guide on the animals’ and birds’ terms.

Natural nature experiences, without disturbance. Its important to preserve our wild and untouched nature. Nature photography is a great way to show the public the beauty we need to protect.

Even complements the role of field guide with great knowledge of nature, birds and animals. Over time, Jojo has also become a keen nature photographer and takes amazing care of their guests, as well as giving them creative ideas for photos. Together they make a good team. Jojo’s famous BANANA CAKE are always provided for the guests on the long mountain hikes.

Their guests are always at the forefront, getting the best shots, while they themselves stand behind to guide.

Their customers are both professional and hobby photographers, nature enthusiasts, school classes and production teams from all over the world.

They have guided large companies such as the BBC and National Geographic. They have also guided well-known YouTube stars from all corners of the world. Slowly but surely, Even and Jojo are expanding their small business.
